This is a kit, not a modifier. Three pages on this shelf sell a box for a head you already own; four sell everything at once. The two arrangements cannot be compared on the same terms, and the shelf’s promised specification — the mount — only has meaning for the first kind.

Thirty thousand hours, provided the heat gets out. The second bullet says so itself, which is more candour than a lifetime figure usually comes with.

What people ask before they commit
Why does "not dimmable" matter so much?
Because output is then controlled only by distance. The fifth bullet states it plainly, in brackets, at the end. With a dimmable light, the balance between two sources is set on the lamp; here it is set by moving stands, which changes the softness at the same time — a closer light is both brighter and softer, and the two cannot be separated.
LED or compact fluorescent?
The second bullet argues the case for LED and does it honestly: more resistant to knocks in transport than a CFL tube, lower consumption, and a life of about 30,000 hours — with the caveat, in its own parenthesis, that poor heat dissipation shortens it. The FGen kit on this shelf uses 135 W CFL bulbs instead, which are fragile and cheap to replace.
What does 210 degrees of rotation buy?
Angle without moving the stand. The third bullet describes an independent lock letting the box tilt through 210 degrees, so the same position can light a standing figure, a table top, or a ceiling for bounced fill. On a fixed-output kit that freedom matters more than usual, since the angle is one of the few things left to adjust.
