Capacity appears in two forms and both are useful. Milliampere-hours is the number printed largest; watt-hours is the one that actually compares two packs of different voltages, and it is the figure airlines use, which makes it the number worth reading before a flight. Voltage is fixed by the body and is not a place to economise.
