A 60 × 90 cm rectangle is a common first softbox for portraits and products. A softbox makes a small light source larger, and a larger source gives softer shadows. Every diffuser also costs some light.
Inner and outer diffusers soften the light; the grid adds direction.
The Bowens mount takes most budget strobes and LED monolights.

Without the grid, the box spreads soft light widely for portraits and products. With it, the light stays on the subject and the background falls darker, useful for moody portraits and for keeping light off a white wall.
Use both diffusers for the softest light, or only the outer one for more output. Place the box close to the subject: the closer it is, the softer the light.
