The TT600 is a GN60 manual flash with the X radio built in. The iT32 with X5S is a small TTL flash for Sony whose module doubles as a trigger. The TT520II uses an older 433 MHz radio that does not talk to the X system.
The SK400III-V gives 400Ws on a Bowens mount; the MS300-V is a compact 300W head; the MS300 two-light kit bundles two heads with modifiers. The K180A kit is not Bowens mount.
