The i8 records 4K at up to 30 frames per second and 20 MP photos. The box includes the camera, a 98-foot (30-meter) housing, two 1350 mAh batteries, a bike mount, a 360° rotating screw and quick-release buckles. A wrist remote starts and stops recording.
icefox states plainly that its Snap Pro app is not compatible with iOS 26 for now. The camera still records without the app, but you lose wireless transfer and editing. iPhone owners should keep that in mind.
Each battery is quoted at up to 2 hours of continuous recording, so two cover a long ride. The housing is rated to 98 feet, which is more than snorkeling needs. As with all cameras of this type, the waterproofing belongs to the case.
The product table lists a weight of 550 g. That figure must include the packaging and accessories, as a camera this size weighs far less. The zoom is digital, so the 5× figure is a crop, not a lens change.
