The Osmo Pocket is not a stabiliser you mount a camera on
It is a one-inch camera already mounted on one, publishing a dynamic range figure, 10-bit log recording, 107 GB of internal storage and a recording time no other product on that shelf approaches. The distinction matters: nothing else gets attached to it.

The Osmo Action grip gives its dimensions, its weight, three voltages, an operating range of −20 to 45 °C and a charging range of 5 to 40 °C — because charging a lithium cell in frost damages it permanently and the two figures are genuinely different. It also states that fitting the grip opens the camera’s port cover, and supplies the part that restores the splash resistance.
