Why are the prices on this page so far apart?

What does a switchable field of view actually do?
It reads a different portion of the sensor. Sixty-five degrees frames a head and shoulders, ninety-five frames a table, and the fifth bullet claims the change costs no image quality — which is plausible on a 2K sensor scaled to a 1080p call, because there are pixels to spare. It is the most useful feature on this shelf for anyone whose desk is sometimes a meeting room.
