The seller quotes a 10,000-foot range and 90 minutes of total flight with three batteries. Neither comes with test conditions. Treat them as upper limits.
With 18 ratings at 3.9 stars, this listing has little owner history. The DJI Mini 4K costs more but has more than 2,000 ratings and published wind figures.

That is a best-case link figure. US rules require you to keep the drone within visual line of sight, which is far shorter.
